HOW IT WORKS...
(1) Corporate partners share AI-related business challenges with us (under NDA)
(2) 3A3P confirms the most suitable accelerator format & scope for these challenges
(3) Based on agreed brief & scope, 3A3P will staff hybrid academic-industry team(s) with the best suited subject matter + AI experts
(4) The team(s) will come together in weekly sprints in order to (a) define the problem, (b) articulate the challenge in technical terms, (c) explore the solution space, (d) identify and test possible solutions, and finally (e) produce a working prototype to solve the problem
(5) The team developing the best result will get the chance to present their solution at the corporate partner’s offices

WHAT WE OFFER...
All Accelerator Tracks can be combined in a modular way, according to individual needs:
Academic Track = basic requirement for any programme participation (generally also includes academic administration fee).
+ = Modular Add-Ons: special feature tracks may be added to any accelerator project as required by our corporate partners.
All costs = per term (6 month period, starting Fall/Winter or Summer, deadline for upcoming term: 3 months before start).

EXTRAS...
Additional Services - upon request, according to individual requirements:
• AI Coaching & Up-Skilling: 6 Bespoke AI coaching sessions for up to 5 selected corporate individuals: £12,500 / term (6 months)
• AI Creative Retreat: Fully prepared & coordinated 2-day AI Offsite to creatively explore and address corporate AI challenges with up to 5 individuals: £25,500
• AI Strategy Development: Development of a fully data-driven, coherent, purposeful and contextually relevant AI strategy for a corporate business: £35,500
• Executive AI Recruiting: Identifying "Head of AI" or "Chief AI Officer" talent for your organisation: Pricing depending on complexity of market & industry.
Terms & Conditions:
• Due to pre-planned levels of support, any booked services can only be used for the term they have been booked for and cannot be rolled over to following terms.
• All corporate partners agree to cover expenses for travel & logistics the accelerator team and accompanying mentors incur in order to comply with their mandate, specifically with regard to being able to present final results at the offices of the corporate partner.
• All corporate partners commit to having one dedicated contact person available to answer relevant questions related to the accelerator project during the full project duration.
• All offerings, extras & services are understood without costs for travel, tools, data, and other materials required.
• General accelerator project costs always have to be paid upfront. Any costs for booked extras will be invoiced monthly pro rata according to project progress.
• All costs are understood without VAT where applicable.
• Payment terms for all invoices are 14 days throughout.
• We reserve the right to decline requests from corporations contradicting our triple bottom line mission.
